End User License Agreement (EULA)

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Neetech LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rent Agreement AI on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the App, or use it to build a competing product. You may not remove or obscure any proprietary notices.

Ownership

The App and all intellectual property rights in it remain the property of Neetech LLC. This license does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

User-Generated Content

Agreements, receipts, and other documents you create remain yours. Neetech LLC does not claim ownership over content you generate using the App.

Consent to Use of Data

Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how analytics, advertising, and purchase data are handled.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement, at which point you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.

No Warranty

The App is provided without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Neetech LLC does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Scope of License

This is a standard Apple licensed application EULA. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you. Full terms: Apple's standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
