1. Overview

Rent Agreement AI ("the App") is developed by Neetech LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the App collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

2. Data You Provide

Agreement details you enter — landlord and tenant names, phone numbers, property address, rent and deposit amounts, and signatures — are stored locally on your device to generate your rental agreement PDF. This information is not sent to our servers unless you explicitly share or export a document.

3. Automatically Collected Data

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Remote Config to understand feature usage and to control app behavior (such as enabling or disabling ads) without requiring an app update. We use Google AdMob to show ads to free users, and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions — both may collect device identifiers and usage data as described in their own privacy policies.

4. Advertising

Free-tier users may see banner, interstitial, native, and app-open ads served through Google AdMob. Ad personalization depends on your iOS App Tracking Transparency choice. You can remove all ads at any time by subscribing to Pro.

5. Purchases & Subscriptions

In-app purchases are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not see or store your payment card details. Subscription status is used only to unlock Pro features and remove ads.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with service providers (Firebase, Google AdMob, RevenueCat) strictly to operate the App's core functionality, subject to their own privacy policies.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Your agreements stay on your device until you delete them or delete the App. To request deletion of any account-linked data we hold (e.g. purchase records), contact us using the details below.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
