1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Rent Agreement AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App Does

Rent Agreement AI helps you draft rental/leave-and-license agreements, calculate stamp duty estimates, and generate rent receipts. The App provides templates and calculators for convenience only.

3. Not Legal Advice

Documents generated by the App are templates and do not constitute legal advice. Stamp duty and registration requirements vary by state/country and change over time — always verify with a lawyer or your local registration authority before relying on a generated document.

4. Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for ensuring any agreement you generate complies with the laws applicable to your property's location.

5. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are billed to your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to reverse engineer it, use it to generate fraudulent documents, or circumvent its purchase or ad systems.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". Neetech LLC is not liable for damages arising from reliance on generated documents or calculator estimates, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Last updated: August 2026 License Grant Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Neetech LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rent Agreement AI on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. Restrictions You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the App, or use it to build a competing product. You may not remove or obscure any proprietary notices. Ownership The App and all intellectual property rights in it remain the property of Neetech LLC. This license does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. User-Generated Content Agreements, receipts, and other documents you create remain yours.
