Common Help

Agreement creation

Enter the required property, landlord, tenant, rent, deposit, and agreement details in the app and review the information before generating the agreement.

PDF generation

After completing the required information, use the PDF generation option to create your rent agreement document.

Purchases and subscriptions

If you have purchased a subscription or other premium feature and it is not available, please use Restore Purchases in the app. If the issue continues, contact us using the email above.

Refunds and billing

Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple. For billing or refund requests, please use Apple's official support channels or contact us if you need assistance with the app.

Restrictions You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the App, or use it to build a competing product. You may not remove or obscure any proprietary notices. Ownership The App and all intellectual property rights in it remain the property of Neetech LLC. This license does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. User-Generated Content Agreements, receipts, and other documents you create remain yours.
